Please read these terms before using GuestEase MIS. These terms explain the proper and responsible use of the system.

1. Purpose of the System

GuestEase MIS is designed to help guest house staff manage rooms, guests, bookings, check-in, check-out, guest ledger, charges, payments, housekeeping, and reports.

The system should be used only for legitimate guest house operations and authorized work-related tasks.

2. Authorized Users

Only authorized owners, administrators, managers, reception staff, cashiers, or assigned staff may access the system.

Users must keep their username and password private and must not share their account with another person.

3. Correct Information

Staff should enter guest, booking, payment, charge, and room information accurately. Incorrect information may affect receipts, reports, and guest balances.

4. Responsible Use

Users must not misuse the system, remove important records without permission, or use guest information for personal purposes.

5. Changes to These Terms

The guest house management may update these terms when needed to improve operations, security, or user guidance.
